Optionpath respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of its platform to do the same. This Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy ("DMCA Policy") describes how Optionpath responds to claims of copyright infringement and how rights holders may submit a notice of infringement.
1. Notification of Claimed Infringement
If you believe that content available on or through the Optionpath platform (optionpath.pro) infringes one or more of your copyrights, you may submit a written notice of claimed infringement to our designated copyright agent. Your notice must include all of the following elements:
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material on the platform.
- Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, including your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or applicable law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed material in accordance with applicable law, unless we receive notice that the original complaining party has filed a court action seeking to restrain the alleged infringing activity.
4. Repeat Infringer Policy
Optionpath maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. A repeat infringer is a user who has been the subject of more than one valid copyright infringement notification. We reserve the right to determine, at our sole discretion, what constitutes a repeat infringement and what action is appropriate.
5. Modifications to Content
Upon receiving a valid notice of claimed infringement, Optionpath may, at its sole discretion:
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
- Notify the user who posted the material that it has been removed or disabled.
- Terminate the account of a repeat infringer.
These actions do not constitute an admission of liability or wrongdoing by Optionpath.
6. Misrepresentation
Please be aware that knowingly making a materially false statement in a notification or counter-notification may result in liability for damages, including costs and legal fees. If you are uncertain whether the material you are reporting infringes your copyright, you should consult a qualified legal advisor before submitting a notice.
7. No Legal Advice
Nothing in this DMCA Policy constitutes legal advice. Optionpath does not represent or warrant that this policy satisfies any particular legal requirement in any particular jurisdiction. If you have questions about your legal rights, you should consult a qualified legal professional.
8. Changes to This Policy
Optionpath reserves the right to modify this DMCA Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the platform. Your continued use of the platform following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
